What you'll do

• Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll
• review timecards, overtime, leave, deductions, and adjustments
• resolve payroll discrepancies
• maintain payroll records
• support multi-state compliance
• coordinate employee changes with HR
• assist with W-2 preparation and reconciliation
• generate invoices
• support accounts receivable and payable
• perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• assist with close processes and system improvements.
