What you'll do

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance in apartments, common areas, and exterior grounds
• troubleshoot building systems and appliances, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• complete work orders and communicate status
• conduct preventive maintenance and maintain logs
• perform and document life-safety inspections and tests
• conduct facility walk-throughs and report hazards
• transport residents to scheduled destinations as needed
• inspect, fuel, clean, and maintain community vehicles
• maintain work-order and compliance records
• assist with room setups, events, emergency procedures, and seasonal grounds work.
