What you'll do

• Lead performance marketing strategy and optimization across franchise brands
• develop paid media strategies
• partner with brand marketing directors on growth and investment
• oversee paid media across listed advertising platforms
• build testing frameworks
• own attribution, conversion tracking, and measurement
• develop dashboards and performance reports
• manage agency governance and benchmarks
• evaluate campaign KPIs
• partner with CRM, analytics, and technology teams
• improve processes and franchise performance playbooks
• present recommendations to executives
• monitor advertising platforms, AI, privacy, attribution, and marketing practices.
