What you'll do

• Coordinate inside and outside sales activities
• work with customers on orders and lead times
• coordinate subcontract services with vendors
• review customer prints and develop routings and quotes
• determine job costs and adjust routings and run times
• review purchase orders
• liaise between customers and company departments
• support contract reviews and customer issues with Quality
• assess equipment and systems needs
• prepare customer materials
• support sales teams
• prepare orders and delivery schedules
• assist with product research and development
• travel periodically to customers as needed
• follow ISO procedures and safety rules.
