The Associate Dentist role is onsite in Washington, PA. Compensation is guaranteed at $200,000 or more annualized for the first six months, with earning potential up to $700,000 annually based on production. Perfect Smile Dental of Washington provides general dentistry in a patient-centered practice. The dentist diagnoses oral health conditions and provides general and restorative care, helping patients maintain oral health through individualized treatment, preventive education, and appropriate referrals. The practice offers mentorship for new graduates and clinical and administrative support.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide general and restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• perform simple extractions and other appropriate general dentistry procedures
• educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and treatment options
• coordinate specialist referrals when appropriate
• maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• build patient relationships through compassionate care and communication.
