What you'll do

• Sort soiled serviceware and wash and return items to designated storage
• keep the dish machine clean and filled according to hotel standards
• empty trash and cardboard and maintain clean kitchen and dishwashing areas
• hand-clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans
• perform other cleaning and support tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
