What you'll do

• Assist with routine building maintenance and repairs, preventive maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, and lawn care
• complete work orders
• set up rooms and common areas
• drive residents to appointments and outings as needed
• inspect the company vehicle and report maintenance concerns
• support emergency preparedness and facility safety.
