What you'll do

• Oversee daily aquatic facility operations, staffing, scheduling, safety, risk management, compliance, and readiness
• supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate staff, instructors, and volunteers
• develop and monitor program budgets
• coordinate recreation programs, special events, permits, and facility use
• track attendance, registration, and cost recovery
• promote programs and maintain community partnerships
• address participant concerns and operational issues.
