What you'll do

• Certify student VA education benefit payment eligibility
• maintain knowledge of VA education benefit regulations
• advise prospective, current, and former students on VA benefits
• verify enrollment status, academic progress, tuition and fee calculations, and eligibility
• process certifications through the Veterans Administration electronic data transfer system (Enrollment Manager)
• maintain accurate documentation for audits
• meet deadlines for required VA reports
• determine when to escalate issues
• collaborate with Registrar’s management on policy interpretation
• participate in professional development and VA benefit training meetings as fiscal budget allows.
