What you'll do

• Supervise, protect, and care for residents individually and in groups
• help residents participate in groups and address individual problems
• set behavioral limits and administer discipline
• document progress and communicate potential needs for professional services
• support daily activities and emotional and social needs
• administer and monitor medications as required
• provide minor first aid
• transport residents to appointments and activities
• report to the Facility Manager.
