What you'll do

• Provide housing case management, including intake, assessment, information and referrals, application assistance, placement, and follow-up
• support job preparation, job search, placement, and workshops
• maintain a housing referral system with landlords and housing agencies
• coordinate workshops
• maintain confidential case records
• enter, track, and review Bridges client data
• meet with each family at least twice monthly
• complete required paperwork and attend training.
