The teacher leads classroom instruction and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education and behavior programs, track student progress, and support students’ academic, social, and daily living goals.

What you'll do

• Collaborate on Individual Education Programs and behavioral intervention plans
• collect and analyze student performance data
• implement treatment programs and accommodations
• deliver curriculum aligned with Massachusetts frameworks and student goals
• facilitate classroom meetings
• complete assessments and reports
• prepare lesson plans
• develop structured classroom schedules
• supervise teachers, job coaches, and student teachers.
