What you'll do

• Answer clinic calls and provide information or take messages
• schedule and confirm oral health appointments and support patient flow
• complete pre-visit processes
• greet patients and update registration information
• assign charges, total balances, and collect payments
• verify insurance
• identify potential patient advocate support
• ensure charge sheets are complete for billing
• participate in staff meetings and quality-improvement activities
• keep the front office and lobby orderly.
