What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop onsite staff and document employee evaluations and corrective actions. Maintain property and competitor knowledge
• show, lease, and move in residents
• implement sales and marketing plans
• manage cost and revenue programs, budgets, forecasts, and rent collection
• oversee resident retention and service-request follow-up
• complete required reports
• conduct apartment inspections
• and communicate incidents and potential liabilities.

Why this role

Requires regular onsite presence, a high school diploma or equivalent, and four or more years of multifamily property management experience; a college degree is preferred. Entrata knowledge is highly preferred.
