Seasonal Shuttle Driver / Bellman – Silver Star

The Seasonal Shuttle Driver / Bellman role is onsite in Park City, UT, with morning and evening shift coverage; morning shifts start at 7:30 a.m. and night shifts end at 10:00 p.m. Compensation is $22 per hour plus tips and a retention bonus at season’s end. The position supports Natural Retreats’ Silver Star team in providing guest and owner transportation and service. The role safely transports authorized guests and owners along assigned routes and contributes to a reliable, courteous shuttle experience. It also assists with luggage and ski equipment on occasion, maintains vehicle readiness, and helps guests with property and local information.

What you'll do

• Operate the shuttle safely on assigned routes using app-based routing instructions
• track transportation through the Silver Star Shuttle app
• assist guests and owners with luggage and ski equipment on occasion
• provide professional customer service
• follow traffic laws
• maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• secure wheelchairs, car seats, and other restraints as needed
• communicate guest requests or issues to the front desk and management
• report incidents and vehicle damage
• inspect the shuttle before and after each shift
• maintain knowledge of property inventory, amenities, and Park City
• assist with guest-related tasks as assigned.
