The Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Rumford, ME. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports safe, reliable, and efficient operation of ND Paper’s paper machine at its Rumford mill. The supervisor leads and plans electrical and instrumentation maintenance, coordinating technicians and partner teams to support production, improve asset performance, and reduce downtime while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead and schedule E&I maintenance
• coordinate troubleshooting and repair of electrical, instrumentation, DCS, PLC, and drive systems
• support preventive and predictive maintenance
• participate in outage planning
• maintain technical records
• enforce safety practices and compliance
• coordinate with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and contractors.
