What you'll do

• Assess client needs and develop goals, progress measures, and treatment plans
• complete billing and patient documentation
• collaborate with the center’s team and connect families with resources or referrals
• coordinate transitions of care
• provide age- and culture-appropriate psychotherapeutic interventions
• serve approximately 25 clients per week
• participate in trainings, seminars, and community education events
• follow applicable laws, regulations, program requirements, and grant guidelines.
