Director of Information Technology

Job overview

The Director of Information Technology role is onsite in Miami, FL, with compensation of $150,000–$175,000 per year. The role supports Cardone Training Technologies’ internal technology function across a rapidly scaling workforce in Florida and Arizona. The director owns internal technology strategy, infrastructure, security, systems, and the multi-year roadmap. The role provides executive leadership on technology risk and investment while leading the IT organization and remaining involved in complex issues, incidents, and major projects.

What you'll do

• Own the internal technology strategy and multi-year infrastructure roadmap
• advise executives on IT performance, risk, and investment
• manage the IT budget
• define internal IT boundaries and governance
• lead a 10-person IT organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• establish service standards and SLAs
• work with the team on complex issues and incidents
• oversee the technology stack, security, data protection, and compliance
• evaluate systems, tools, and vendors.
