What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations staff
• build accountability and collaboration
• maintain relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• serve as executive contact for strategic projects
• lead executive communications, problem resolution, and project reviews
• oversee safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across projects
• monitor project health, resources, risk, and efficiency
• support resolution of contractual, technical, and operational challenges
• drive best practices and performance metrics.
