What you'll do

• Develop and execute an aftermarket growth strategy
• identify retrofit, upgrade, and performance-optimization opportunities
• lead and mentor sales and business-development staff
• own revenue targets, margins, and pipeline development
• establish value-based pricing
• track forecasts and KPIs
• develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
• and represent the company at industry events and customer forums. Travel may be national and international, up to 50% of working time.
