Roll Thread Operator — Second Shift (Bilingual)

The Roll Thread Operator role is onsite in Arlington, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Pay is $18 per hour. The position supports a manufacturing operation producing fasteners. The operator sets up and runs thread-rolling machinery, adjusts components for production runs, and monitors finished parts to help maintain accurate specifications, consistent quality, and safe production.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate roll thread machines
• install and adjust dies, gears, and pressure mechanisms
• feed workpieces safely
• monitor production and adjust equipment to meet thread specifications
• inspect finished parts
• identify equipment or tooling issues
• follow work orders, procedures, quality requirements, and PPE standards
• complete production and quality documentation
• maintain an organized work area and communicate issues to supervisors and team members.
