What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• manage leasing from tour through move-in, including follow-up, applications, lease documents, and unit inspections
• record visits and maintain guest cards
• inspect model and market-ready units
• guide applications and deposits in accordance with Fair Housing requirements
• support renewals and occupancy goals
• use marketing and social media strategies
• update websites and marketing materials
• conduct weekly outreach marketing
• participate in resident activities
• assist with delinquent rent collection.
