What you'll do

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist doctors
• collect complaints and verify medical and ocular histories
• obtain consents
• perform refractions, visual acuity assessments, intraocular pressure tests, fundus photography, visual field tests, and angiography procedures
• administer topical ophthalmic and dilation medications
• maintain exam rooms
• provide patient instructions
• update records in the EMR.
