The Materials Handler is an onsite role in Healdsburg, CA. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. The handler receives, tracks, stores, and ships inventory using an ERP system. Accurate material movement and records support production, inventory control, and customer shipments.

What you'll do

• Follow quality management and safety procedures
• receive and inspect shipments
• reconcile quantities against packing lists and purchase orders
• record receipts in the ERP system
• route materials
• perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
• organize, label, and replenish inventory
• process inventory transfers
• package and ship products
• generate shipping documents
• coordinate with carriers and provide shipping quotes when requested.
