What you'll do

• Lead field operations across multiple industrial construction projects
• direct and mentor field teams
• conduct performance reviews and coordinate employee-relations matters with HR and leadership
• ensure required training is completed
• serve as the primary field contact and resolve issues with project managers and site teams
• enforce safety standards and conduct safety and quality audits
• develop project schedules
• coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• facilitate weekly operations meetings
• implement construction-process improvements and tools.
