Personal Care Attendant

Job overview

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• provide conversation, social engagement, and emotional support
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain accurate documentation
• travel to clients throughout the Conifer area
• assist with mobility and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
