The Mental Health Therapist (LSW), Part-Time Day Shift role is onsite in Dayton, OH, at Compassion Care Group Residential Treatment Facility. Compensation is $55 per hour. The facility serves adolescents ages 11–18 in a residential treatment program. The therapist provides evidence-based clinical care to adolescents with behavioral health and co-occurring needs. The role contributes to treatment progress through individual and group therapy, assessment and planning, crisis response, coordination with the interdisciplinary team, discharge planning, and timely documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy to an assigned caseload of approximately eight residents, with at least two sessions per resident each week
• facilitate or co-facilitate structured treatment groups
• maintain therapeutic presence on the unit
• complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• coordinate with psychiatry, nursing, education, case management, and milieu staff
• support discharge planning
• provide crisis intervention
• document clinical care and incidents accurately and on time.
