What you'll do

• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasts, performance management, and commercial finance
• oversee consolidated financial statements, controls, audit readiness, and compliance
• manage investor, funder, and Board reporting
• own cash forecasting, liquidity, banking, treasury, and lender relationships
• advise on capital allocation, pricing, investment, tax, market entry, and partnerships
• lead the finance team and operating model across global, regional, and market levels
• and partner with the COO on sales and operations planning, inventory policy, and working capital. Travel is 10–25%, primarily international.
