Production Operator — Threonine Broth and Evaporation

What you'll do

• Measure and document broth transfers
• monitor and control pH, total solids, PCV, density, and temperature
• identify process malfunctions or deviations and promptly communicate issues
• operate assigned process equipment using HMI software
• collect and test samples
• record sample and process data
• monitor equipment and production areas
• perform equipment and tank cleaning as needed
• follow standard operating procedures and participate in continuous improvement.
