The Technical Recruiter role is onsite in Englewood, CO, five days per week. Pay is $90,000–$103,625 per year. EchoStar’s business includes satellite television, streaming, smart home installation, and mobile services; its Talent Acquisition team partners with leaders across the organization. The recruiter sources and evaluates technical candidates and advises engineering leaders on hiring strategies. The role builds pipelines for specialized technical functions and supports hiring delivery through technical screening, data-informed sourcing, and candidate alignment.

What you'll do

• Source passive technical candidates
• partner with technical leaders on hiring strategies and use AI-driven data to refine sourcing
• map competitors and technical hubs
• build candidate pipelines for engineering, Agentic AI, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity
• conduct technical screens for relevant technology stacks
• meet quarterly hiring and time-in-process targets
• maintain submission-to-interview quality benchmarks.
