What you'll do

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and green spaces
• clean sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and exterior common areas
• perform seasonal leaf and snow/ice removal and salting
• remove trash and debris
• inspect grounds and report hazards or needed repairs
• assist with minor exterior repairs, fence and gate fixes, and pressure washing
• maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• follow safety and company standards.
