Receptionist — Weekends

What you'll do

• Greet visitors, offer refreshments, and respond to requests
• answer multiple-line telephone calls, direct callers, and take and route messages
• escort visitors when needed and provide facility information and directions
• help ensure visitors follow facility rules and report suspicious activity
• assist with orienting new associates
• maintain files, operate office machines, order supplies, and perform administrative support tasks.
