The role supports a welcoming studio experience and member engagement by handling front desk operations, membership inquiries, tours, enrollments, lead follow-up, and payment transactions. It also helps keep the studio organized and supports community outreach and marketing activities.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• manage check-ins and scheduling
• answer membership questions and calls
• conduct tours and assist with enrollments
• enter leads in the CRM and follow up
• process payments and POS transactions
• maintain an organized studio
• participate in local outreach, events, and social media engagement
• collect feedback.
