Field Service Technician I

The Field Service Technician I role is onsite in Allentown, PA, with a Friday–Tuesday schedule and Wednesday and Thursday off. Available shifts are 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–9:00 PM. Pay is $14 per hour, plus $6 per completed activity. NCR Atleos provides ATM hardware, software, and support solutions. The technician performs basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs at customer ATM locations. The role uses training, service-app information, and error logs to resolve straightforward issues, document work, and maintain parts records.

What you'll do

• Follow safety and security procedures
• complete company training and certifications
• diagnose ATM issues using error logs and service-app information
• perform minor indoor and outdoor maintenance and repairs
• report work updates and closure details

• report hours and miles worked.
