What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests and assist with emergency needs
• perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs
• inspect property areas
• maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and records
• support amenities and grounds upkeep
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• follow safety procedures and applicable regulations.
