What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
• coordinate food production with meal-service schedules
• follow recipes, portion sizes, presentation standards, and special diet orders
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
