What you'll do

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees
• monitor performance, coach employees, and recognize strong performance
• ensure compliance with GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
• maintain a clean, safe, sanitary production environment
• support food safety, food defense, and food quality standards.
