What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 15–16 maintenance professionals
• champion safe maintenance practices, including energy control and Lockout/Tagout
• support technicians and maintenance activities on the plant floor
• drive preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and downtime reduction
• troubleshoot equipment issues
• prioritize work and ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is completed
• support continuous improvement and reliability.
