Route Supervisor

What you'll do

• Direct daily route operations
• monitor productivity, service metrics, and labor utilization
• improve routing efficiency and reduce downtime
• coach and hold drivers and helpers accountable
• conduct ride-alongs and road evaluations
• lead safety meetings
• investigate incidents and develop corrective actions
• maintain documentation
• resolve customer service issues
• support onboarding, training, road tests, and skill assessments.

Why this role

Requires three or more years in transportation, fleet, logistics, or route-based operations, prior supervisory or management experience, and a valid Class A or B CDL. Waste, recycling, or fleet experience is strongly preferred.
