The role exists to advise private equity sponsors on portfolio-company acquisitions and dispositions, supporting transactions from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors in transactions
• advise on acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies
• support transaction stages from structuring through closing
• draft, review, and negotiate documents
• conduct legal research and analysis
• coordinate with attorneys across practice areas
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• work with clients and senior attorneys on practical solutions.
