The role helps keep the buffet stocked and appealing and coordinates preparation with other cooks and food operations leaders.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook soups, sauces, entrees, pastas, vegetables, and other food products
• assist with banquets, employee meals, and special functions
• maintain portioning and presentation standards
• prepare daily prep items
• record food temperatures
• replenish and maintain the buffet
• label and store products safely
• clean and restock the workstation
• attend required training and meetings.
