What you'll do

• Lead quality operations and oversee inspection activities
• lead, coach, and support quality technicians and inspectors
• assign work and manage schedules
• support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
• ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements
• assist with audits
• track non-conformances and document resolutions
• identify improvements to inspection processes and quality systems
• support defect reduction and consistency initiatives.
