What you'll do

• Perform moderate- and high-complexity testing in hematology and coagulation, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood bank
• collect, handle, process, and report specimens
• maintain quality control, calibration, and equipment performance
• troubleshoot testing discrepancies
• report critical values
• assist with phlebotomy as needed
• follow safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards
• document results accurately and promptly.
