Business Analyst – South Carolina Medicaid Systems

What you'll do

• Evaluate agency needs, current and future business processes, and technical designs
• document requirements and recommend IT or nontechnical solutions
• serve as a liaison between business programs and IT
• analyze operations and identify process-automation opportunities
• support process redesign
• elicit, analyze, specify, and validate requirements
• document business and data processes
• manage requirements changes and traceability
• guide technical and test teams
• identify risks and issues
• and maintain business rules, requirements, and models.
