What you'll do

• Analyze bid specifications, schematics, and drawings
• prepare estimates and bid packages
• assist operations with scheduling, job layout, and change orders
• track bids and results
• manage change orders and project closeouts
• deliver estimates and proposals to clients
• maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• conduct some local travel to review bids and jobsite conditions.
