What you'll do

• Welcome journey guests and assist with their needs
• provide accurate information about Mii amo, Enchantment, Trail House, property layout, amenities, and Boynton Canyon
• receive calls and reserve, change, cancel, or modify services and classes
• assist with spa, restaurant, transportation, and activity needs
• confirm arrangements with providers
• communicate across departments
• deliver guest amenities
• monitor lobby and front desk areas and report maintenance issues.
