What you'll do

• Supervise and support daily mailroom, facilities, and workplace service operations
• process and distribute mail, packages, and shipments
• coordinate work requests
• set up conference rooms
• maintain shared spaces and supplies
• monitor facilities and equipment and report maintenance concerns
• assist with general and preventative maintenance
• support recycling and waste management
• process copy and print requests
• coordinate records requests
• and communicate with building management, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
