The Lifeguard – 2:00 PM–8:30 PM, Year-Round role is onsite in Worcester, MA. Compensation is $18 per hour. The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester serves local youth through programs at three Worcester locations.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe pool environment and follow Red Cross protocols
• help with swim lessons and pool-safety instruction when appropriate
• maintain Massachusetts lifeguard-to-swimmer ratio regulations
• ensure member safety
• pass the written lifeguard test and rescue scenarios
• maintain current Red Cross lifeguard certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification.
