Cooking Solutions Fabricator Lead, 2nd Shift

The Cooking Solutions Fabricator Lead role is onsite in Lake in the Hills, IL, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 1:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential. AFC Materials Group develops and fabricates high-temperature and non-stick composite solutions, including specialty food belts and fabric pieces for quick-service restaurants. The lead coordinates daily production work, supports employees across workstations, and reinforces safety and quality processes. The role helps maintain production flow and encourages process improvements in the fabrication operation.

Why this role
