The Licensed Dental Assistant role is onsite in Coon Rapids, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $34 per hour guaranteed base pay, plus daily bonuses. Clear Lakes Dental provides care for patients of all ages and describes a supportive dental practice environment. The assistant supports dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists during procedures and helps maintain safe, prepared operatories. The role also includes x-rays, treatment documentation, preventive treatments, lab preparation, patient education, and maintaining a clean, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

What you'll do

• Assist dentists, dental therapists, and hygienists during procedures
• sterilize and set up operatories between patients
• take and process dental x-rays
• document treatment plans and patient notes
• apply sealants, fluoride, and other preventive treatments
• support impressions, temporary crowns, and lab preparation
• educate patients on postoperative care
• maintain a safe, clean, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
